Socrates and his littermate sister Serendipity, also of Bluff Creek, are both finished Master Champions. Bluff Creek has been very pleased with Socrates kids. He is a grandson of MCH/PGCH Raha Acres Twink’s Pixie *D E. She is a 2X AGS National Champion Doe and Best of Breed. We see a lot of strength of udders from this line.
*Socrates is the sire of our Bayou Country SOC All Dat Jazz, Bayou Country SOC Cajun Blues and Bayou Country SOC Josie.

The photo on the right is Sequoia’s dam MCH Lost Valley BDC Serabi. This breeding KingwoodXSerabi worked so well at Lost Valley that they repeated it 3 times! Sequoia’s brother, MCH/CH Lost Valley KW Mercury Rising +*S E is the 2008 AGS National Reserve Grand Champion Buck and his brother Raising Cain is doing very well in the Olson Acres herd throwing pretty udders. We expect great mammaries from Sequoia.
*Sequoia is the sire of our “Bluff Creek Sugar Maple”.

Tsunami is a long and very dairy buck. His skin is very thin, loose and soft as butter with nice ribbing.  He is very upstanding, smoothly blended with nice sharp shoulders. Tsunami comes from some very nice mammary genetics. The Kingwood/Tahoe cross at Lost Valley has had some very good results. “Sue” as I affectionately call him (Yes, a boy named Sue… although I have promised not to call him Su at the shows ;-) ) is such a sweet buck.
*Tsunami is the sire of our Bayou Country TS Morning Glory

I am very happy with my Little Bear daughters so I am looking forward to seeing the mammary genetics Mikey will bring to our herd. As far as his personality it’s just plain and simple… this boy is spoiled rotten and B A D! LOL

I am very pleased with "Black"! He is really growing out nicely... long, wide, smoothly blended, VERY opened ribbed and thin skin. He is a really dairy buck! His dam is described as a dream to milk and milks out completely with open orifices, large teats, lots of capacity and good attachment. We are hoping Black gives us the same in his daughters. As well as all the other young boys I hope to get a better shaved picture of this boy soon so you can really see what he looks like. This picture does not do him justice...he is really beautiful. I can describe Black in one word... BAD! He is a in your face, very friendly, obnoxious buck. Oh my, he is a pain! LOL But in a good way! ;-)

"Sledge" is a very long bodied buck and he excels in dairy character. I have been very pleased with the kids he has produced…they have been beautiful! He has passed on that great length of body and dairy character to them. He has great mammary genetics on both his sire and dams side. I am looking forward to seeing his kids freshen! When Sledge came to live with me he was older and had not been handled much. He was pretty much terrified of people and did not come anywhere near you. He has come a long way now and he will eat a treat out of your hand which is a really big deal for him! He is still very leery and will not just let you walk up to him and catch him but he is no longer wild eyed and terrified.
